Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment used in salmon processing.
• Clean, trim, fillet and package salmon products to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

• No formal education required; prior experience in food processing or factory work is a plus.
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shift rotations.
