You don’t need previous experience. We hire people without experience and provide full training on the job. To apply, you need to submit a CV, an ID or passport, and complete a short test to check if you fit the criteria.
The work depends on the factory, but typical tasks include working with a knife (filleting, trimming), packing fish products, operating machines, or other manual work.
Accommodation is provided if requested. Some factories also offer meals for a small fee, while in others you may prepare your own food
We offer both short-term (seasonal) contracts and long-term employment, depending on your availability and the needs of the factories.
Norwegian is not required. English is the main language we expect you to know, as it’s used for communication at work.
You will work a base of 40 hours per week. Overtime and weekend work are often available, which gives the possibility to increase your earnings. Salary is always in accordance with Norwegian labor standards.
Yes. You can sign your work contract directly at our office before traveling, or you can choose to sign it once you arrive in Norway.
Yes. If you start with a short-term contract, there may be opportunities to extend it into a longer-term position. Continued employment in Norway can also support your path toward applying for permanent residence in the future.
